World Workforce International

We are an international protector of workers’ rights and provider of ERISA-based employee benefit programs.  We work with employees, employers, and management teams to bring harmony to the workplace and benefit workers.

“Our labor unions are not narrow, self-seeking groups. They have raised wages, shortened hours, and provided supplemental benefits. Through collective bargaining and grievance procedures, they have brought justice and democracy to the workplace. But their work goes beyond their own jobs and even beyond our borders.”

~ John F. Kennedy

Our Purpose

The purpose of WWI is to act as an advocate for workers and their employment rights; to provide access and information and education to help build the lives of workers and their families; to represent workers in areas of collective bargaining and/or neutrality agreements where necessary, and additional direct employer or association of employer agreements to promote the greatness of workers and their contribution to the community, and build a more positive and productive work environment within the employment industry.

About WWI

WWI is an international union and a federation of national union organizations. It is a neutral “politics” free organization and a member supplemental full benefits focused organization to supplant and support and supplement a worker’s pivotal place in the free enterprise system. WWI believes in empowering the individual worker, whether unionized, non-unionized, apprentice, full-time, or with contractor-based or temporary or part-time employed status. To promote the best interest of Labor Unions, both nationally and internationally, do ordain and establish this Constitution as the governing document of our organization.

How can I become a member?

Individuals must be 18 years of age and hold a “working status”; this would constitute an individual required to be an employee or contracted worker working in either the private or public sector. They must also make an annual membership due of $25.00, and all obtained memberships are recorded and maintained through software.

What benefits will I receive?

When members join WWI and pay their due of $25.00 to the Labor Union, WWI will grant members access to services and benefits with no additional costs. These free services and benefits would include the following: the union grants representation (working conditions), apprenticeships (construction trade for CA members only), grievance process procedure, and assistance for IRS correspondence/representation.
